We do not hear a great deal about humans interacting with the heavenly beings known as wheels. They appear to me to be the most unusual of the heavenly host. Also, they are very high ranking – being part of the triumvirate of Seraphim, Cherubim and Wheels that attend our Heavenly Father near His throne.
However, on July 4, 2006, my husband and I and a friend went to the top to pray. Many prophets (Bob Jones being among them) had predicted that the Father would come down and minister to His children from the chapel that would be built on top. We went to pray daily that His heart’s desire would be accomplished.
This is the account of that experience:
July 4, 2006 America’s Independence Day
Al and I and our friend had just arrived on the top of Prayer Mountain, when suddenly we saw a huge wheel rolling up the path.
The Wheel was full of eyes and flames and light. Within this wheel was another wheel spinning in the other direction. It too was full of eyes, fire and light. Both Wheels were spinning rapidly.
We three moved out of the way to give the Wheels room. We were awestruck. There was a fierceness and majesty about them. They were lofty and, being without mouths, they communicated spirit to spirit.
Then the friend with us saw the Wheels change into two other Wheels – one a crown of thorns and the other a jewel encrusted kingly crown. Our friend spoke out loud what all of us saw. The Wheels changed back and forth like a hologram. The hologram was a message from our Heavenly Father. My husband called it a “Holy Gram”.
WHAT DID IT MEAN?
For the Father to send such a high-ranking messenger from the heavenly court, the message must be of great importance. I had never seen these mighty beings on the earth before this time.
The Wheels brought an assurance from our Father that our request had been heard and would be answered. There would be a revelation of our Heavenly Father on this ridge (represented by the kingly crown – but there would, also, be persecutions related to all that would eventually occur.
You would think that our Heavenly Father choosing a location on earth to manifest His glory, would be universally applauded. However, the enemy does not accept this announcement with joy, nor does he intend to allow this to occur without a battle.
YEARS OF STANDING AND BELIEVING
This was thirteen years ago . . . and many are still standing for His purposes and believing that this ridge will be among those locations in the world that will host His glory.
HERE IS SOME BIBLICAL HISTORY OF THE WHEELS
Ezekiel 1:15
15 “Now as I looked at the living beings, behold, there was one wheel on the earth beside the living beings, for each of the four of them. 16 The appearance of the wheels and their workmanship was like sparkling beryl, and all four of them had the same form, their appearance and workmanship being as if one wheel were within another. 17Whenever they moved, they moved in any of their four directions without turning as they moved. 18 As for their rims they were lofty and awesome, and the rims of all four of them were full of eyes round about. 19 Whenever the living beings moved, the wheels moved with them. And whenever the living beings rose from the earth, the wheels rose also. 20 Wherever the spirit was about to go, they would go in that direction. And the wheels rose close beside them; for the spirit of the living beings was in the wheels. 21 Whenever those went, these went; and whenever those stood still, these stood still. And whenever those rose from the earth, the wheels rose close beside them; for the spirit of the living beings was in the wheels.”

13 “The wheels were called in my hearing, the whirling wheels.”
Daniel 7:9
9 “I kept looking
Until thrones were set up,
And the Ancient of Days took His seat;
His vesture was like white snow
And the hair of His head like pure wool.
His throne was ablaze with flames,
Its wheels were a burning fire.
10 “A river of fire was flowing
And coming out from before Him;
Thousands upon thousands were attending Him,
And myriads upon myriads were standing before Him;
The court sat,
And the books were opened.”
NOW
Those of us now that are called to stand in prayer for the fulfillment of such a great promise, are blessed beyond measure (even as we wait) – for the Lord rewards those who are praying after His heart with His nearer presence and with His overflowing joy.
I thank the Lord for sending such a mighty and unmistakable confirmation of His ultimate desires for Prayer Mountain. I pray He helps us be faithful to stand for its fulfillment.
