What? What are you saying? Yes, there seem to be training wheel visions.
I saw the following revelation fairly soon after I began to see into the spiritual realm. My husband and I were in Florida and living fairly near Bob Jones at the time – therefore, I asked him about the revelation.
“Oh yes.” He said. “I had that vision in the 1970’s.”
“What is this,” I quipped, “a training wheel vision?”
That is exactly what it was. Of all the revelations given to the children of God, this revelation is the most common.
It is common because it is true. It is true for all who come to Christ. We are the real Cinderella story.
Jesus comes to us when we are sleeping in the cinders and scrubbing floors. He lifts us up to dance with Him, be betrothed to Him and be co-heirs with Him forevermore. Our Brother is a King and through Him we are brought into the Kingdom.
It is a “Wow” revelation.
Here is the “training wheel” vision as I received it in 1995:
THE CINDERELLA STORY
VISION – 1995
I saw myself down on the floor scrubbing accumulated dirt with a brush. The floor was wood – which represented the flesh (wood, hay and stubble). I was trying – in my own flesh – to clean up the flesh (which cannot be done).
1 Corinthians 3:11-13
11. For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
12. Now if any man builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw,
13. each man’s work will become evident; for the day will show it because it is to be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the quality of each man’s work.
When the light of Christ comes to us, we receive the revelation of who Jesus is in the plan of God. Also, we begin to have a revelation of the gospel of salvation in Christ which leads us to repentance and then a decision to embrace the only means of salvation for us in this world = Jesus.
We ask Jesus to come into our heart and be our life. We embrace Him as our Savior and as our Lord.
Ephesians 2:5 – even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved).
He lifts us up from trying to deal with the flesh (represented by the wood) through our own fleshly means.
He saves us.
He lifts us up, cleanses us, clothes us in the righteousness of Christ and betroths us to Himself. The great triune God locks out the enemy as Christ dances with us.
We are protected, cherished, called to rule and reign.
1 Peter 2:9 – But you are A CHOSEN RACE, A royal PRIESTHOOD, A HOLY NATION, A PEOPLE FOR God’s OWN POSSESSION, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light).
Ephesians 2:6 – and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.
This is one of the earliest revelations given to believers. Our Heavenly Father wants us to know that Believers are the real Cinderella Story. Praise God.
