We all know that there is a perod of time between a prophetic word and the fulfillment of that which has been given

through word or vision.  This particular prophetic promise was given on

Yom Kippur of 2006.  We received its activation in 2025; 19 years later.

Rarely did I go to heaven when I visited Prayer Mountain for the Lord was using me to record the arrival of the

various angels He was assigning to this anointed location.  However, on Yom Kippur of 2006 I saw right into heaven.

Now I know why.

It was a marker – a marker to be verified at the time of its maturity and therefore, its activation.

1 – The Promise

VISION: October 2, 2006 – Yom Kippur

I saw a wardrobe room in heaven.  Angels were quietly looking at a scroll on which there seemed to be a list.

These angels spoke in hushed tones together.

Then an angel would move down the racks of garments and retrieve one of

them.  The garment was checked against the list.  Then a couple of angels stepped forward from the long line of

angels waiting to pick up the garments.

Some sort of voucher was checked against the heavenly scroll.

Then the garment was released into the hands of that particular pair of escorts.

A Dove came down and sat on my right shoulder.

“What do you see, Anna?” the Dove asked in a human voice.

“I see some sort of storage area, ” I answered.

“And what sort of storage area?” He asked.

“Clothing, it looks like.” I answered.

“Mantles,” the Holy Spirit said.  “They are stored until they are called for again.  As you see, many have not been

delivered as yet to this generation.  But some are for individuals and some for groups.  There are mantles for

healing, for proclaiming the Word of God, for compassion and mercy, for prayer, Anna…” (I felt that He was naming

but a few of the many that were stored there.)

He continued: “Many more are being delivered – for many will be needed.

Each person or group will receive a token signifying the mantle’s arrival.

For each the token will be different, but known to the Child of God or to someone in the group.”

The Holy Spirit continued:  “This is the distribution center over which I am the Overseer.

Once received there will be an immediate surge in anointing – but for each, the mantle must be tested.

Just as David did not wear Saul’s armor

because it had not been tried on him – so each mantle – in order to be worn,

must be worn on the child or group.

Those receiving these mantles will know it is the Father’s good pleasure to endow them.”

“What if the individual or group fails the testing?” I asked.

“The Father’s choices are sure.

The group or servant of God will receive repeated tests until the mantle is worn with ease.”

(I saw pairs of angels shooting out from the storage ditribution area. I felt that they were going all over the world.)

I spoke to the Holy Spirit, who is the Overseer of the mantles:  “I’m sure that every person or group will be grateful

that repeat exams can be taken if the test is failed.”

The Holy Spirit spoke:  “THE FATHER’S CHOICES ARE SURE.

The group or servant of God WILL receive repeated tests until the mantle is worn with ease.”

(I saw more pairs of angels shooting out from the storage room. I felt they were going all over the world)

The Holy Spirit continued:  “Those who receive must accept the mantle – knowing that it will be tested. But I, the

Overseer of each mantle, have a label of guarantee within each and I will stand behind that guarantee.

I, myself, will fit the garment and I will stand behind that guarantee.”

The Holy Spirit concluded:  “Come, children of God, stand to your feet.  Be strong and courageous for

Your Father has need of you.”

2 – The Activation 19 Years Later in 2025

 

During Saturday morning prayer meeting on Prayer Mountain, a pastor saw a vision of a stairway into heaven.

Floating down the stairway were various styles, fabrics and colors of mantles.

These mantles are for those who travel to Prayer Mountain seeking deeper communion with the Father.

Not only does He give to them deeper communion with their Heavenly

Father, but He sends to those He has chosen powerful anointings through these mantles.

We see many examples in the Bible of prophetic words given and then years later, those words

being fulfilled- but few in modern times.

This is one.
