Often, in giving us the spiritual history of His work in bringing forth HIs house of prayer on Prayer Mountain, He brings is an angel who seems to be in response to personal needs.  All of us need to know down the “the “why” of our being on earth.  In order to assist us He sent own the “Angel of Purpose”.  But the introduction of the Angel of Purpose came in a most unusual way.

VISION:

September 23, 2006 – Saturday ROSH HA-SHANAH

Early this morning (right after awakening) I kept seeing myself on the back of two porpoises – one foot on each – plowing through the water of the sea.  I held reins that were attached to some sort of bridles or harnesses that guided both.

I saw this vision over and over again.  Even though I saw this vision over and over again, I did not know its meaning.

Once we had arrived at the gazebo on top of Prayer Mountain, I saw the vision again.  I was riding on two porpoises, one foot on each creature.  When we arrived at the top of the ridge, one of the porpoises dropped off.  The other continued.  After this porpoise dropped off it morphed into an angel.

The angel spoke: “I am the Angel of Purpose,” he said.  “One of your purposes (In Moravian Falls) is to stand before the Lord for the completion of His purposes.  You yourself have two purposes.  The praying for the Lord’s glory to descend on this ridge is one.  The other is writing,” the angel said.  “Some ride three or four purposes. Some one.”

“But I, an Angel of Purpose have now been assigned to this plot of land.  The Great King has designated that this land has a purpose.  You and others are joined to His purposes here.”

“His purposes are sure and firm.  I am here to give purpose to those who come here.”

“May your zeal match His purpose.”
