I wrestled with not showing you this revelation – but since I promised to share everything in this journal – here it is.
This spiritual lesson is not one about which the body of Christ receives much teaching, and, I can see why. It’s painful.
We think that because we have been anointed by God that we will be used by Him. NO! That is not necessarily the case.
An Anointing is an equipping with an invitation. But, dear children of God, if we drift – or let me say it more clearly –
if we sin, we must be disqualified.(think of King Saul).
The revelation includes the receiving of a mantle from the Lord to help in the building of the house of prayer on Prayer Mountain.
Are the five board members (well four, because one went on to be with the Lord.) that originally received this mantle building
the house of prayer? No. All are gone but one.
October 6, 2006 – Friday
The Eve of Tabernacles
When we arrived on the top of Prayer Mountain, I had a sense of great import. Something important was going to occur.
There were five of us that made up the board of the house of prayer. We were all present: two men and three women.
Angels of His Presence – 10 of them – were walking with Angels of His Glory – 10 of them – up the path.
These angels circled us. The Angels of His Presence wore lavender robes with rich gold embroidery on the sleeves and hem.
The Angels of His Glory are almost pure light – but within the light one could see the figure of an angel. They have a slight yellow cast within the light.
These circled us. Two Angels of His Presence and two Angels of His Glory stood behind each of the five of us.
Then another group of angels came up the path and joined in. There were ten of these angels, also. These were dressed in reddish-brown
robes. These, I believe are Angels of Servanthood. Now, there were six angels behind each of the board members – thirty angels
in all. Then a towering flame came up the path and stood in the center of the path. It was the Holy Spirit. He spoke:
“Are you willing to accept the responsibility of this mantle offered to you by the Father?”
1st woman: “Yes.”
2nd man: “Yes.”
3rd woman: “Yes.”
4th woman: “Yes.”
5th man: “Yes.”
Then the angels behind each board member brought forth a double mantle that was placed across the shoulders of each.
The mantle was a light purple or lavender with light woven through each. The inside of each mantle was the reddish-brown of Servanthood.
The Holy Spirit continued. “I bestow another mantle. This mantle is of invisibility. In this time of grace and purpose,
only The Father’s glory is to be seen – not man’s. Let no man receive glory for that which he intends to accomplish here.
Then the Holy Spirit continued: “Four mantles.” Then He circled all of us three times.(I supposed for the Great Triune God.)
1) His Presence
2) Glory
3) Servanthood
4) Invisibility
There was a pause and then all were gone.
That was twenty years ago. What Happened? Well, The Lord was faithful. When the mantle was first given, the board was engaged
in acquiring the land necessary for such a huge endeavor. We were able to acquire everything we could ever want or need.
The member of the board who spent six to eight hours everyday on top of Prayer Mountain in prayer for the Lord’s will to be done
on that mountain, was simply taken on to heaven.
His wife who was the co-president of the organization was removed from office and the
other three board members sold their holdings and moved away.
The “why” is between them and God. It is their story to tell.
All I know is that I alone remain – perhaps, so that someone could tell this story.
